About the role .
The VP, NA Supply Chain will shape the North American Supply Chain vision and direction, leading the organization through a transformation toward a highly efficient, digitally enabled, and customer-centric network. This role is accountable for delivering industry-leading cost, cash, and service performance while driving a step-change in speed, transparency, and executional excellence.
The Vice President will oversee key pillars of Supply Chain Management, including Planning and Inventory Management, Network Optimization, Logistics, Customer Service, Customer Supply Chain Collaboration, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Intercompany Movement processes, and Digital Supply Chain Transformation. This position is responsible for driving network efficiency and enabling strategic decision-making across the organization. Additionally, the role focuses on developing and mentoring supply chain leadership and talent, maintaining active collaboration with the North America Senior Leadership Team, and partnering with global supply chain leaders to achieve sustainable growth and a high-performing organization.
What you'll be doing.
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
  • Shape and execute the North America Supply Chain vision to drive high performance, resilience, and enable profitable growth.
  • Lead cross-functional, cross-regional transformational initiatives that cut across corporate and business unit boundaries.
  • Serve as a key member of the NA Senior Leadership Team, ensuring Supply Chain is a strategic driver of the business agenda.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to drive execution at speed while establishing the foundation for long-term transformation.
  • Collaborate with Commercial team and Finance to ensure value-added analytical support, fact-based decisions, and accurate project tracking.

Customer & Supplier Collaboration
  • Drive Customer Centricity within and beyond the Supply Chain function, ensuring Supply Chain is a competitive advantage and growth lever.
  • Lead Customer & Supplier collaboration efforts across NA; participate in strategic customer supply chain initiatives locally and globally.
  • Strengthen external partnerships to improve service, responsiveness, transparency, and joint planning.

Cost Leadership & Operational Efficiency
  • Lead development and execution of a robust pipeline of cost-saving initiatives, efficiency programs, and productivity projects.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce Total Delivered Cost and benchmark performance externally.
  • Implement cost-effective technologies that enhance system efficiency, accuracy, and transactional excellence.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and performance management through consistent tracking of cost-savings metrics.
  • Collaborate with business/functions and Global Supply Chain to establish and deliver savings targets.

Planning, S&OP & Network Optimization
  • Lead the Supply Chain Planning function, ensuring seamless integration across suppliers, plants, logistics, and customers.
  • Bring real-time planning and scenario-based decision-making to drive responsiveness to supply or demand changes.
  • Own the effectiveness of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to enable timely business decisions and profitable growth.
  • Drive a continuous process that optimizes available capacity in a constrained and excess capacity environment.
  • Improve forecast accuracy, end-to-end visibility, and performance management through enhanced analytics and planning tools.

Digital Supply Chain & Analytics
  • Lead the Digital Supply Chain transformation in North America, driving enhanced visibility, data transparency, and decision quality.
  • Partner with Global Supply Chain to implement global digital strategies, systems evolution, and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Utilize big data, predictive analytics, and scenario modeling to inform demand planning, network optimization, and overall Supply Chain decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement, including root-cause problem solving, bottom-up accountability, and consistent KPIs.

Leadership, Capabilities & Culture
  • Lead the Supply Chain organization from current to future state, including talent development, capability building, and skill-set evolution.
  • Build a high-performing team culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Introduce industry best practices and champion automation, analytics, reusable platforms, and modern tools.
  • Demonstrate courage in decision-making and the ability to navigate complexity with resilience and persistence.
  • Propel Supply Chain into a fully integrated business function focused on value creation for customers, employees, and shareholders.

What you'll need to be successful.
Education
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration required
• Supply Chain or Logistics certifications preferred
• MBA preferred
Role-Specific & Leadership Attributes
• Proven track record leading transformational initiatives and driving rapid step-change improvements.
• Deep expertise in supply chain operations, customer supply chain, planning, logistics, and digital/systems-driven improvement.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and end-to-end supply chain dynamics.
• Deep appreciation of logistics and transportation dynamics, with the ability to translate operational realities into strategic planning and network decisions.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Passion for digital enablement, analytics, and building modern supply chain capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex teams and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Experience leading change, fostering innovation, and building future-ready organizations.
• Resilience and persistence through setbacks, with the ability to challenge constructively at all levels.
Experience
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in supply chain including 10 or more years of managing a team of direct employees.
• Cross-functional business experience strongly preferred.
Travel
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%

Compensation Package :
$300,000 - $350,000 USD annually + Bonus eligibility + Long-term incentive eligibility
