Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Strategy: Develop smart comms and brand strategies that tackle the real issues behind business challenges and use communication to deliver results that truly matter.
- Support Creative Teams: Collaborate with creative teams to shape and guide standout ideas that make an impact. Ensure that all ideas and plans stay focused.
- Guide Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with different specialties—creative, account, production, PR, strategy, and analytics—to turn data and insights into strategies that drive success
- Drive Results: Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure they build brand value and consistently deliver strong results.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in a strategy role at an advertising agency and/or PR firm.
- Experience leading teams across different specialties and building strong client relationships.
- Diverse portfolio and proven experience leading campaigns that make an impact on culture and business outcomes.
- Exceptional understanding of branding and consumer motivations.
- Educational background in a relevant field (psychology, cultural anthropology, or sociology preferred).
- Experience with DE&I and multicultural initiatives is a bonus.
