AdParlor is a full-service influencer marketing performance agency, uniquely positioned at the intersection of creator marketing and paid media. We specialize in highly complex, outcomes-driven creator programs for mid-market and enterprise brands that want measurable business impact—not just awareness.

As one of the longest-standing Meta Partners and a subsidiary of Fluent, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLNT), AdParlor brings enterprise-grade rigor, performance DNA, and creator-first thinking to a rapidly evolving space.

We are entering our next phase of growth—and this role is critical to building a scalable, high-performing sales engine.

The Role

AdParlor is seeking a VP, Head of Sales to own the sales function end-to-end. This is the most senior sales role at AdParlor and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager.

The VP, Head of Sales will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from sourcing and qualifying opportunities through close, expansion, and forecasting. This role will initially operate as a player/coach, carrying a personal quota while building the foundation for scalable sales processes, pipeline rigor, and future team growth.

This is a foundational leadership role for someone who thrives in a build phase—comfortable closing deals, shaping strategy, and mentoring junior sales talent as the organization grows.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Ownership & New Business Growth

  • Own net-new revenue generation for AdParlor, from outbound prospecting through deal close and post-sale expansion
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of ICP-aligned mid-market and enterprise opportunities
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process, including discovery, needs assessment, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and close
  • Secure multi-six- and seven-figure influencer and creator performance budgets

Sales Leadership & Forecasting

  • Serve as AdParlor’s senior sales leader and a core contributor to SLT planning and decision-making
  • Own pipeline forecasting and revenue reporting with accuracy and discipline in HubSpot
  • Establish and evolve AdParlor’s sales motion, including qualification frameworks, deal stages, and performance metrics
  • Act as a player/coach: carry your own book of business while mentoring and supporting a BDR
  • Help define the structure, timing, and profile for future sales hires

Consultative Selling & Thought Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders (CMOs, VPs, Directors), guiding them through modern influencer and performance-based creator strategies
  • Translate complex creator programs into clear business outcomes tied to ROI, efficiency, and scale
  • Lead bespoke RFP responses, pitch decks, and executive presentations
  • Represent AdParlor at industry events, conferences, and key partner meetings

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing on positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Account, and Operations teams to ensure strong client handoffs and long-term success
  • Provide market and client feedback to inform service innovation, pricing models, and creator performance offerings

Requirements
  • 8+ years of senior sales experience in influencer marketing is required.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise brands
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing sales cycles, including performance-based and outcome-driven models
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor while also mentoring or managing more junior sales talent
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking full ownership of outcomes
  • Paid social or broader performance media experience is a plus.
Why This Role Is Unique
  • You will own the sales function end-to-end, not inherit an existing team or playbook
  • You will help define how AdParlor sells—its positioning, process, and go-to-market motion
  • You will have direct influence on revenue strategy, pipeline forecasting, and future team growth
  • You will operate as both a senior seller and a business leader

Benefits

At AdParlor, we celebrate successes, value teamwork, and foster a vibrant, inclusive culture. In addition to offering the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing creator performance marketing agency, we provide:

  • Competitive compensation packages
  • Career advancement and professional development opportunities
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching
  • Opportunities to participate in volunteer and philanthropic activities
  • Fun and educational team events, including catered lunches, team outings, and wellness initiatives

Salary Range

$180,000-$220,000 CAD base salary, OTE $350,000-$400,000 CAD. Actual base salary will depend on factors such as experience, skill set, and location.

At AdParlor, we are committed to building and fostering an environment where our employees feel included, valued, and heard. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on age, color, ability, national origin, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. Not only are these provisions protected by law, embracing differences is what makes AdParlor so great. We pride ourselves on our inclusive and accessible workplace.
