You are an innovative thinker with a strong sense of industry trends, both in paid media and digital communications, and bring fresh, data-driven ideas to expand reach and improve ROI. You are skilled at interpreting KPIs across various channels, understanding attribution models, and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics. You have strong management experience and a track record of mentoring and developing team members. You have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work strongly across departments with other company leaders. You thrive in high-pressure, high-stakes environments and have a proactive approach to resolving issues.


How will you create an impact?

-Lead and optimize paid media, newsletter advertising, email marketing, and communications efforts to drive growth, engagement, and revenue.

-Drive the success of paid media efforts across multiple channels by optimizing existing ones and identifying new opportunities.

-Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that align with client's goals.

-Manage substantial advertising budgets and oversee campaign performance across digital platforms.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, creative, and client strategy teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

-Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure precision and effectiveness in all marketing deliverables.

-Expand the organization’s reach and influence through data-driven strategies and innovative audience engagement tactics.

-Establish a cohesive, data-driven strategy across paid media and email marketing channels to acquire and convert new leads.

-Analyze data to refine audience targeting, optimize ROAS, and enable informed decision-making.

-Spearhead A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

-Lead initiatives in testing and optimization to consistently improve customer acquisition and engagement.

-Implement strong quality control measures to minimize errors and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism in outbound communications.

-Provide strategic oversight to ensure campaigns efficiently reach target audiences and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including minimizing CPC and CPA metrics and maximizing ROAS metrics.

-Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

-Elevate the client’s brand presence and contribute to the company’s overall growth through impactful leadership



What you should have?

-10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role with a strong track record of managing large-scale campaigns across multiple digital channels.

-Deep experience in creating and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies, including paid digital advertising, email, SMS, and newsletter advertising.

-Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

-Proven experience establishing and maintaining rigorous quality controls across marketing and communication materials to ensure consistent, error-free execution.

-Strong background in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

-Experience collaborating with creative, content, strategy and product teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing initiatives

-Deep expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

-Proficient in marketing technology and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo) to enhance tracking, targeting, and performance analysis.

-Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.

-Excellent leadership and team management skills, focusing on mentorship and development.

-Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

-Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
