Who are you? 


You are a hands-on VP of Marketing with a strong background in performance marketing to lead our B2B marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of marketing funnels, and can execute strategic marketing campaigns that directly drive revenue. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to fuel growth across various channels while working closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.


How will you create an impact:


Strategic Leadership:

-Lead and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy, focusing on performance-driven outcomes and ensuring alignment with business goals.

-Build, mentor, and scale a marketing team while fostering a culture of continuous experimentation and improvement.

-Drive the development of a B2B demand generation engine that prioritizes lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.

-Partner with executive leadership to forecast and analyze key marketing performance metrics and optimize ROI.


Performance Marketing:

-Own and optimize multi-channel performance marketing strategies, including paid search, paid social, email marketing, content syndication, SEO, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).

-Develop campaigns that drive qualified leads, enhance customer acquisition, and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).

-Leverage multi-variate testing across copy, creative, and audiences to identify key messaging for different stages of the buyer journey.

-Utilize data analytics to optimize campaigns continuously, improving conversion rates across the funnel.


Content Development & Systemization:

-Proven ability to create a scalable system for producing high-quality video and text content that effectively communicates the brand’s message. This includes developing workflows for content creation, ensuring brand consistency across all formats, and leveraging data to optimize performance. Experience in managing teams (writers, videographers) and collaborating across departments to align content with broader marketing and business goals.


Hands-On Campaign Management:

-Be directly involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, including copywriting, creative testing, and audience segmentation.

-Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging across all marketing channels.

-Manage budgets for performance marketing channels, ensuring cost-effective media buying.

-Work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline targets and provide actionable insights from campaign data.


Brand and Product Marketing:

-Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to ensure cohesive messaging, positioning, and differentiation of product offerings.

-Drive the creation of compelling content (case studies, white papers, videos, etc.) that showcases the company’s unique value proposition.

-Lead initiatives for customer engagement and retention, including customer advocacy programs and lifecycle marketing strategies.


Market Research and Insights:

-Continuously analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

-Provide data-driven recommendations for new channels, technologies, and innovations to enhance marketing efforts.


What you should have:

-Demonstrated years of experience in B2B marketing with a growth company, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

-Proven track record in driving successful performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.

-Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.

-Strong background in data analytics, including experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or other BI platforms.

-Deep understanding of sales funnels, demand generation, and marketing attribution models.

-Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align marketing strategies with business goals.

-Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and grow teams.

-Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and data-driven decision-making.
