We're looking for energetic, people-first volleyball referees to join our team. We're building the best, most fun volleyball leagues around, and we need refs who can keep games fair and moving while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for players of all levels. Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of volleyball rules and gameplay
  • Prior reffing experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and people skills — comfortable making calls confidently while keeping the game fun for everyone
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a court independently
  • Available weekday evenings and weekends
  • Team-oriented mindset and a positive, approachable attitude
