About the Opportunity:

The Visual Brand Designer at Docebo will be responsible for executing and contributing to design and branding projects that support the company’s marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Creative Director and the brand team, you will help ensure that Docebo’s brand is consistently and compellingly represented across all marketing materials, websites, and product/UI touchpoints. You will collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to bring the brand to life, deliver high-quality design work, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Docebo’s visual identity.

Primary responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Contribute to the visual brand system: Work closely with the Senior Creative Director and brand design team to evolve and apply core visual elements such as logos, color, typography, illustration, and imagery across brand and marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency, relevance, and scalability as the business grows.

  • Brand and digital design: Execute design work across brand campaigns, websites and landing pages, and product/UI design, helping create cohesion between brand expression and the product experience.

  • Own mid-scale design initiatives: Take responsibility for delivering assigned design projects from concept through execution, aligning work with marketing goals, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional marketing teams (including content, demand gen, events, and product marketing), as well as product and external agencies, to translate strategy and requirements into clear, compelling visual solutions.

  • Maintain brand consistency: Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all assets and channels, helping ensure a consistent, recognizable, and high-quality brand presence.

  • Support operational delivery: Collaborate with project management and the broader design team to deliver work efficiently, on time, and within scope, balancing multiple priorities as needed.

  • Quality and craft: Produce polished, detail-oriented design work, incorporating feedback and refining execution to meet brand, usability, and accessibility standards.

  • Continuous improvement: Stay current on visual design, web, and UI trends, tools, and best practices, contributing ideas that help evolve the brand and improve team workflows.

  • Product awareness: Stay informed on product updates and UI changes to ensure marketing and brand assets accurately reflect the product and clearly communicate its value.

  • Deliver standout creative: Create visually compelling assets that elevate the brand and support marketing and business objectives across channels.

What it takes to be successful:

To succeed in this role, you are not content with the status quo. You are a creative problem solver who can think conceptually while also executing with precision and attention to detail. You have a strong visual design sensibility and understand how the brand’s visual identity applies across digital touchpoints including marketing websites, campaigns, and marketing-specific product/UI experiences. You are able to deliver high-quality creative work under tight deadlines and maintain consistency across multiple projects. A systems-oriented mindset is key to ensuring design efficiency and brand cohesion. You are also a proactive innovator, always looking for ways to improve processes, elevate the brand, and create compelling visual experiences that engage audiences.

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative/design role, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or agency environments.

  • Proficient in brand design with a strong focus on narrative development and strategic brand positioning.

  • Experience with AI and emerging design technologies including AI-powered tools and generative technologies to streamline workflows, explore creative ideas, and produce high-quality design work.

  • Experience in developing innovative and engaging creative concepts for customer experiences at events, with a focus on enhancing brand interaction and driving audience engagement.

  • Expertise in preparing and setting up files for print production, ensuring all specifications, color profiles, and file formats meet industry standards for high-quality output.

  • Experience in web design with a working knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility guidelines is a plus.

  • Proven experience managing multiple design projects in parallel, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

  • Strong understanding of the design process, from brainstorming through to the final product.

  • A creative drive with the ability to conceptualize and clearly communicate design ideas.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively present and advocate for design concepts and ideas.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (CS) and Figma, with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new software as needed.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
