The Opportunity: 4 month work term: May - August 2025
How You Will Contribute:
Ciena is seeking a talented Video Marketing Intern who has a keen eye for design, motion, and video principles, and who has technical knowledge of video production as a craft. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Video Marketing and Production, you will work on a variety of projects that help bring marketing messaging to life in video form. You will work hands on with productions that take place in the office, assist with scripting, storyboarding and creative design for video projects, and help to maintain an organized library of assets.
This role will work closely with several teams across marketing, and have the opportunity for both on-location and remote work. You will participate in managing and growing the video production studio space, and be a part of our massive Vectors event production cycle during the month of May. To be successful in this position, you’ll have a solid understanding of the video production process, familiarity with professional tools for filming and editing, and possess a strong desire to learn and work on all facets of content creation and management.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $20.00-$27.00/hour
