What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced Video Editor who will help craft compelling DTC and UGC videos. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with our brand and storytelling goals. Our ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, excellent technical skills, and a passion for crafting compelling narratives through video. Whether it's promotional content, social media clips, or long-form videos, your work will play a key role in capturing our audience’s attention and delivering a powerful visual experience.

What you’ll do:
  • Edit high-performing video ads and content for DTC brands across various platforms (Meta, TikTok, and other channels)

  • Collaborate with performance marketers and creative strategists to interpret briefs and transform raw footage into compelling, goal-driven video assets

  • Develop videos that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences

  • Rapidly test and iterate edits based on performance data and feedback to improve ad effectiveness and ROAS

  • Maintain organized project files and workflows for efficient editing and versioning across multiple campaigns

  • Stay up to date with social video trends, platform specs, and editing best practices to keep content fresh and and engaging

What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience as a video editor, ideally within the DTC or e-commerce space.

  • Strong knowledge of video equipment and techniques.

  • Proficiency in video editing software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

  • A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
