The RoleAs our Video Editor, you'll create compelling short-form video content that engages our global audience across social media platforms. From ideation to final edit, you’ll bring our brand to life through dynamic visuals, pacing, and creative execution. Your passion for poker will inform your storytelling, ensuring content resonates authentically with our community.
You will work closely with the social media, marketing, and creative teams — not only editing content but also contributing ideas and concepts for engaging, high-performing videos that align with our brand and campaigns.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable interest in poker and understanding of its culture and community.
- Proven experience in video editing, particularly short-form content for social media.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition tailored to short-form formats.
- Ability to contribute creative ideas and collaborate on content concepts with the social media team.
- Ability to work independently, creatively, and proactively within a remote team environment.
- Edit and produce engaging short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, etc.).
- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and content ideas.
- Transform raw footage into polished, high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines.
- Optimise video content for different platforms, formats, and audience behaviours.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects where appropriate to enhance content quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on social media trends, video formats, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
