WHY JOIN FRESCHE?

We believe in leading our industry, we believe in innovation, and we believe in delighting our customers — guaranteeing their success and ensuring that 100% of our customers are referenceable.
Our distinct company culture makes us a top employer, as well as a premier choice for our customers for the last ten (10) consecutive years. We work hard to ensure that our values permeate the company and are reflected in everything we do. Whether it be in setting priorities, defining ideas, or carrying out processes, we are committed to ensuring that the following values are manifested at all levels of our organization.

What you will be doing:

As VP of Sales, North America, you will lead our go-to-market strategy, scale a high-performing sales organization, and drive significant revenue growth across new and existing accounts. You will coach, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals (6–12 direct reports) while collaborating closely with executive leadership to expand our market share in IBM i modernization, cloud transformation, and managed services.  Travel to client locations required.
You’ll bring structure, accountability, and energy to Fresche’s North American sales function — ensuring that every team member is aligned with our growth objectives and empowered to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of high-performing Account Executives and Sales Directors across North America.
  • Own the sales strategy, execution, and performance against annual revenue targets across multiple product lines.
  • Build a repeatable sales operating model — including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance measurement.
  • Drive both direct and indirect sales, including strategic alliances, channel partners, and enterprise accounts, ensuring a balanced and scalable growth approach.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery, and Transformation teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and consistent client experience.
  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to shape pricing, incentives, and territory strategy that support company-wide profitability goals.
  • Lead enterprise-level deal negotiations and establish executive relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Foster a results-oriented, collaborative sales culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and customer success.
  • Identify and act on new market opportunities within modernization, cloud, and managed services ecosystems.
  • Provide strategic insights and feedback to guide product and service innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive role overseeing multi-rep teams across North America.
  • Demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar annual revenue growth in enterprise B2B technology or managed services sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a sales team of 10 or more high-performing professionals.
  • Experience in the IBM i / AS/400 modernization, cloud, or enterprise software markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience managing forecasts, quotas, and sales operations metrics.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
  • Direct experience with the MEDDIC (or equivalent) selling methodologies

If you thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment — surrounded by innovative, passionate, and collaborative colleagues who take pride in customer success — we’d love to connect with you. Let’s start a conversation!
We are always looking for highly motivated, energetic, creative individuals who work well in a fast-moving team environment and are committed to excellence.
