We’re looking for a strategic, execution-driven VP of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing function and fuel go-to-market success. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role sits in Product and partners tightly with Sales, Enablement, Marketing and CX.

This leader will translate product strategy into market impact by packaging positioning, messaging, ICPs, and competitive insight into Revenue Plays that move pipeline, win rate, adoption, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Lead GTM Strategy: Build and manage a structured, end-to-end GTM framework that spans ideation, launch, and growth phases. Establish clear readiness criteria, and accountability across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Drive Revenue Impact: Create and operationalize high-impact revenue plays that translate positioning, messaging, and competitive insights into actionable strategies for the field. Ensure alignment with sales methodology and embed plays into enablement programs.
  • Own Market Narrative & Intelligence: Define and maintain messaging frameworks, ICPs, personas, and buyer journeys. Lead competitive analysis and win/loss programs to inform positioning, pricing, and objection handling.
  • Enable the Field & Accelerate Adoption: Deliver compelling sales assets—pitch decks, battlecards, demo storylines—and partner with marketing on campaigns that connect product value to demand generation. Drive readiness programs that empower sellers and customer success teams.
  • Influence Market Perception: Engage analysts and influencers to validate messaging, strengthen category leadership, and amplify brand credibility.
  • Build & Scale a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class product marketing organization. Establish clear priorities, KPIs, and operating rhythms that link outputs to revenue impact. Foster a culture of insight-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Own Competitive Strategy & AdvantageEstablish and lead a disciplined competitive intelligence and response function. Continuously assess competitors’ positioning, pricing, product direction, and go-to-market motions. Translate insights into clear differentiation, executive-ready narratives, sales battlecards, win/loss learnings, and proactive plays that shape roadmap discussions and consistently improve win rates.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Revenue Growth: Increased pipeline and bookings through GTM-led revenue plays.
  • Market Leadership: Strong analyst engagement and competitive positioning.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Strong, bold and aligned messaging and positioning that differentiates Level Access.
  • Operational Excellence: High seller readiness, asset utilization, and adoption for priority launches.
  • Team Impact: A high-performing team that delivers measurable business outcomes through strong collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

How you'll measure success:

  • Pipeline influenced and bookings from PMM-led revenue plays.
  • Win rate (overall and competitive) and attach/ expansion rates in target segments.
  • Adoption and activation for priority launches.
  • Seller & CS readiness: training/ certification completion, asset utilization in live opps.
  • Analyst outcomes (inclusion, quotes, inquiry/ briefing cadence)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in B2B product marketing (SaaS preferred), with strong communication skills across varying levels of seniority, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success building GTM strategies and Revenue Plays that drive revenue growth and product adoption.
  • Strong command of positioning, storytelling, competitive analysis, ICP and buyer research, and pricing/ packaging collaboration.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with product, sales, enablement, marketing, and CX.
  • Hands-on creator of impactful content and collateral; comfortable rolling up sleeves versus merely delegating.
  • Skilled in analyst relations and modern sales methodologies.

This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive benefits package, including bonus opportunities and unlimited vacation/FTO. Salary is commensurate with experience.
