Cineplex is looking for a visionary Vice President, Loyalty Marketing & Insights to shape the future of guest engagement across our ecosystem of theatres, digital platforms, and entertainment experiences. In this high-impact executive role, you’ll be the architect of a best-in-class personalization strategy that not only drives customer lifetime value but also transforms CineClub into Canada’s premier entertainment program.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team of strategists, campaign managers, researchers, and analysts—translating data into actionable insights, bringing personalized experiences to life, and driving  business results. In this role, you will:

  • Own the Vision: Define and deliver a bold, customer-first strategy for Cineplex’s ecosystem, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Inspire and scale a talented group of loyalty marketers, data analysts, and consumer insight professionals—fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

  • Champion 1:1 Personalization: Use data, segmentation, and behavioural insights to deliver hyper-relevant communications and offers across all our guest touchpoints

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Drive deep customer understanding through market research, brand health tracking, and competitive analysis—ensuring our strategies are insight-led and audience-first.

  • Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with digital, operations, and content teams to ensure loyalty is woven into every part of the Cineplex experience.

  • Elevate CineClub: Evolve our flagship membership program into an irresistible entertainment program that surprises, delights, and retains customers at scale.

 What You Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, and customer analytics, preferably in subscription-based or membership-driven businesses.

  • Proven track record of turning insights into outcomes in complex, multi-brand environments.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with leading MarTech platforms (ideally Adobe) and data-driven campaign execution.

  • Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifetime value models at scale.

  • Executive presence and influence—you can rally key contributors across business units and deliver presentations confidently to the C-suite.

  • Background in entertainment, telecom, banking, or consumer tech industries is a strong asset.

  • A passion for customers, content, and data—and the ability to lead with both heart and metrics.

🎬 Why Join Cineplex?

At Cineplex, we don’t just sell movie tickets—we create memories. As we evolve into a broader entertainment lifestyle brand, we’re investing in the platforms, products, and people that will define what loyalty means in the next era of guest engagement.

  • Lead a high-impact function with direct influence on revenue and growth

  • Work in a dynamic, data-driven environment with a supportive executive team

  • Competitive executive compensation, bonus, benefits, and professional development

  • Hybrid work model (3 days in office weekly)
