THE ROLE
Zeta Global’ s Agency Team specializes in creating strategic partnerships for our Holding Companies and advertising clients to establish trust, drive business outcomes, and maximize long-term revenue. We collaborate closely with senior partners at Agencies and Brands, focusing on cross-functional teamwork, effective communication, and innovation with measurable results in mind. We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, Sales for Holding Companies who will drive the development and execution of strategic programs with agencies and advertisers in partnership with the Zeta Client Partnership team. In this role, you will not only establish partnerships but also develop and implement joint business plans and initiatives that deliver tangible results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to exceed revenue goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends in agency, advertiser, data, and vendor landscapes.
- Effectively communicate Zeta Global's value proposition and technology to drive client account growth.
- Possess a deep understanding of the programmatic media marketplace.
- Manage sales activities and the sales pipeline.
- Utilize professional network to generate sales leads.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Analyze account performance trends and provide regular reviews to clients.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of Advertising/Marketing experience with a focus on data-driven marketing, particularly in programmatic, data, and advanced TV.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and resourceful attitude.
- Strong relationships with media agencies and brand directs.
- Strategic communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of online media business, technologies, and research.
- Excellent time management and self-motivation.
- Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills.

COMPENSATION RANGE
The compensation range for this role is $250,000.00 - $400,000.00, depending on location and experience.
