The Mission

We need an "Ecosystem Scout" to join our core architecture team. Your job is to hunt for explosive opportunities, execute aggressive outreach to top-tier technical talent, and run deep, cold, and calculated analysis on emerging markets. This is a remote, high-availability role for an emerging talent who views digital economies as a 24/7 landscape and wants to master the mechanics of institutional company building.

We value a killer instinct and extreme attention to detail over corporate pedigrees. Whether you are a rising star with a track record of identifying trends before they break or an analytical powerhouse looking to transition into the venture studio model, we care about your drive. If you have the persistence to manage massive deal flows, the research rigor to spot hidden market anomalies, and the communication skills to connect with elite founders, we will give you the platform to accelerate your career by a decade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Sourcing: Proactively scout digital communities, developer ecosystems, and market signals to identify high-velocity venture opportunities before they hit the mainstream.

  • Founder Outreach: Execute personalized, high-conversion outreach campaigns to track down and engage elite operators, engineers, and potential Founders in Residence.

  • Market Research: Conduct deep-dive macroeconomic and technological research to map out untapped spaces, shifting consumer habits, and structural inefficiencies.

  • Competitive Analysis: Run rigorous, cold, and calculated breakdowns of competitor ecosystems, analyzing their product mechanics, token structures, and defensive moats.

  • Investment Support: Build clear, data-backed synthesis memos, financial models, and strategic investment materials to streamline internal deployment decisions.

  • Portfolio Operations: Step into the trenches with active incubator projects, assisting our founders with everything from data dashboard tracking to launch orchestration.

The Requirements
  • The "Eye" for Detail: An innate ability to spot structural market shifts before they are obvious. You notice the subtle signals, hook rates, and community momentum that point to a winning model.

  • Analytical Rigor: You love numbers and raw data. You are entirely comfortable breaking down a complex business model or a protocol's transaction flows using hard logic rather than hype.

  • Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. Markets shift fast and founders operate around the clock. You must be available 7 days a week to lock down opportunities and keep incubation timelines moving.

  • Web3 Literacy: You possess a solid, native understanding of the Web3 landscape. You are familiar with decentralized tech, on-chain mechanics, and the unique psychology of digital asset communities.

  • Remote Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can manage a massive pipeline of data, deal sheets, and outreach threads without a single detail slipping through the cracks.

Operational Details
  • Location: Fully Remote.

  • Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle real-time market shifts and global founder coordination).

  • Payment: All compensation is processed in digital assets (USDC/USDT).

Why Join Us?

We offer more than just an entry-level venture role; we offer a masterclass in the future of the digital economy.

  • Unrivaled Deal Velocity: You won't just be reviewing pitch decks; you will be helping to architect companies from scratch, gaining unparalleled insight into what makes a venture succeed.

  • Transferable Mastery: The skills you develop here, surgical market analysis, high-level talent acquisition, and data-driven company building, are the most sought-after capabilities in the modern economy.

  • A Culture of Momentum: We excel at creating an environment where you are never stagnant. You will constantly be learning, tracking new strategies, and pushing the boundaries of execution.

  • High-Growth Upside: We value "potential over pedigree." For an associate who consistently source elite opportunities and hits their marks, there is a clear, fast-track runway into senior architecture roles.
