About the Role:
We are seeking a UX Researcher Intern to play a key role in shaping the user experience of our AI-driven platforms. As a UX Researcher, you will conduct user research to uncover insights, identify pain points, and inform the design process. This role involves working closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the final product meets user needs. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research studies, including usability tests, interviews, and surveys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives and key user experience metrics.
• Analyze and interpret research findings to provide actionable insights for product improvement.
• Strategize our product position in the content ecosystem.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UX research.

About You:

• Currently pursuing or completed a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Information Science, Design Research or related fields. Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but bachelor’s and other postgraduate education will also be considered. 
• Experience in UX research, usability testing, and user interviews.
• Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Figma
• Passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and culturally inclusive user experiences.
• Ability to conduct usability testing with a focus on accessibility best practices and multilingual experiences
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Familiarity with AI-driven interfaces and chatbot interactions considered an asset
• Familiarity with interactive globe or map-based interfaces also considered an asset.

Recruitment Process:

1. Application Submission: Candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters through our career portal.
2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit.  The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
