About the Role
We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the UI/UX Lead, you’ll be creating intuitive, elegant user experiences across our ecosystem while collaborating with product teams to build solutions that delight users and improve operational outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI flows.  
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align design with functional requirements. 
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistent design standards. 
  • Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years UX/UI design experience. 
  • A strong educational background in Computer Science is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management, we want to hear from you.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise workflow design. 
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer-facing team.
  • Figma or similar tools. 
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity. 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 USD per year; $75,000-$90,000 CAD per year

This role requires working onsite in our Dallas or Cambridge office two days per week.
