Temporary position for 24 months

As a UX designer, you are responsible for defining and enriching the user experience of members and clients on different virtual platforms. Your role is to define user journeys and the experience members and clients should have in the digital ecosystem, based on the organization's goals, user needs and technological capabilities. You advise and assist clients and partners as part of the delivery of important member- and client-focused solutions. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of the line of business. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s directions and objectives. You interact with various stakeholders working in other fields to understand their needs, and present and explain the different aspects of the user experience. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Find opportunities to improve the member and client experience, define business objectives and validate user needs

  • Define the user journeys and the desired user experience within the sector of activity, based on research and analyses

  • Design mock-ups, user personalities, functional specifications and information architecture for various projects

  • Create experiments and test solutions to understand digital client behaviours and improve platform performance

  • Monitor trends, identify opportunities and recommend improvements to work practices in terms of digital design and user-focused design

  • Help the UI, product management and IT development teams ensure that co-creation runs smoothly to ensure that the delivered solutions align with the business objectives.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Knowledge of French is required
