As a UX designer, you are responsible for defining and enriching the user experience of members and clients on different virtual platforms. Your role is to contribute to the definition of user journeys and the experience members and clients should have in the digital ecosystem, based on the organization's goals, user needs and technological capabilities. You advise and assist clients and partners as part of the delivery of member- and client-focused solutions. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of the line of business. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work. You put forward recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s directions and objectives. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields to identify needs and present your proposals for the user experience. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Define business objectives and validate user needs in collaboration with partners

  • Conduct research and analyses to contribute to the definition of the user journeys and the desired user experience

  • Design mock-ups, user personalities, functional specifications and information architecture

  • Test solutions to understand digital client behaviours and improve platform performance

  • Participate in trend monitoring and identify opportunities to improve work practices in terms of digital design and user-focused design

  • Work in co-creation mode with the UI, product management and IT development teams to ensure that the delivered solutions align with the business objectives

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Knowledge of French is required
