Role Overview:

We are searching for a UX Designer, a role focused on enhancing and expanding our core product and user experience. Your mission: Collaborating with cross-functional teams you’ll create seamless user journeys and advocate for user centric design. We value speed, collaboration and ownership.


Responsibilities will include:

● Design innovative solutions for mobile (iOS/Android) and web apps

● Develop detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to convey design ideas

● Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to create low and high-fidelity mock-ups (in Figma)

● Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, moving from low to high-fidelity mock-ups quickly

● Continuously improve brand and design quality

● Conduct user testing and interviews to understand user needs

● Optimize and simplify user experience and interface design


Who you are:

● Experienced in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and working directly with developers

● Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience

● 5+ years as a UX designer, UI designer or product designer

● Highly proficient in Figma

● Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Self-starter and highly motivated

● Experience working in a startup, cryptocurrency, trading, or consumer finance
