  • Partner closely with Design and Product — work side-by-side with Designers and Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle, from early discovery to post-launch learning.

  • Use AI to sharpen analysis —Sharpen analysis with AI as a force multiplier. Apply rigorous research methods as the foundation, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesis, bringing that fluency into how the team works

  • Report to stakeholders — communicate findings clearly to stakeholders across the business, and help influence decisions with evidence.

  • Help define research strategy — contribute to how the team prioritizes and approaches research, not just individual studies.

  • Maintain research foundations — keep research operations, documentation, and past findings organized and easy for others to build on.

Who you are:
  • 5+ years of experience in user experience research, with a strong portfolio of work.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support and accelerate research.

  • A track record of working closely with Designers and Product Managers throughout the product development process.

  • Experience running research within software programs such as early access, beta, or design partner programs.
