Anduril’s Design Team is seeking a full time User Experience Designer to support our team. The Design Team leads Anduril’s brand identity, visual communication, film, concept art, and industrial design. Our team’s purpose is connecting the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.
As a User Experience Designer, you will be developing future interfaces and immersive experiences for defense technology. The ideal candidate not only has outstanding knowledge of the user journey, but is also a strong visual
communicator. If you are passionate about bringing experiences to life, then this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with product teams and multidisciplinary design team
- Design user flows and wireframes
- Deliver high and low fidelity prototypes
- Implementation of digital, web, AR, VR interfaces
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years professional experience in UI/UX design, HCI
- Strong visual designer and communicator
- Experience in AR/VR/XR interfaces a plus
- Understanding of human factors and accessibility
- Basic knowledge of front-end development
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or equivalent
- Must work on-site at HQ
US Salary Range
$114,000—$171,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
