Job Title: UIUX Designer
Job Description: The UIUX Designer is responsible the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design and collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base.
Experience Level: 3 - 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for digital and print media
- Create and design various projects using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Jira
- Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation.
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance skill set and creative output.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field or a related field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe in Design, Jira is a must.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
