Job Responsibilities:
The Treasury Operations, Summer Student role will mostly focus on the annual Treasury Systems User Audit completion, as well as support other initiatives including the reduction of paper cheques and data collection to support AI analysis of cash forecast tracking errors. The student will also engage divisions on bank fee reduction plans, and assist with various other Treasury projects.
Major Responsibilities

• Support Treasury's annual system-user compliance audits.
• Support the elimination of paper checks initiative.
• Assist with data collection to support AI analysis of cash forecasting tracking errors.
• Engage divisions on bank fee reduction plans.
• Support the collection of country risk and customer credit risk data and information for updating reports.

Who we are looking for

• Independent worker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Your preferred qualifications

• Enrollment in a Business, Finance, or Economics discipline.

Work Environment

• Standard office environment with remote-work capability.

Compensation

• This position offers an hourly wage of $20.00.
