Treasury Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to support the Treasury team in managing daily cash operations, ensuring compliance with banking requirements, and driving process efficiencies. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and banking partners while also supporting compliance activities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Cash Operations & Banking Activities 

  • Execute daily cash movements including treasury and finance related wires and transfers. 
  • Maintain and update banking documentation (inclusive of account openings and closings), templates and user access. 
  • Prepare and process Continuation Notices and Assignment & Acceptance documentation. 

External Stakeholder & Process Improvement 

  • Primary point of contact with banking representatives for operational matters 
  • Assist in redesigning Treasury workflows to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Identify and implement best practices in cash management and banking operations. 

Compliance & Reporting Responsibilities 

  • Ensure timely completion of KYC requirements and other bank compliance documentation. 
  • Respond to internal and external audit requests related to Treasury operations. 
  • Produce reporting for various business requirements (including FBAR reporting, cash reporting, etc.) 
  • Support additional Treasury initiatives and projects as mutually agreed upon. 

What You Bring/Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Treasury & Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and intercompany transactions. 
  • Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with KYC requirements and banking compliance standards. 
  • Documentation & Systems: Experience with banking documentation, templates, and Treasury Management Systems (TMS). 
  • Audit Support: Ability to manage and respond to audit requests with accuracy and professionalism. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external banking partners. 
  • Process Optimization: Analytical mindset with a focus on improving workflows and operational efficiency. 
  • Training & Support: Capability to train and support team members on Treasury processes and systems. 
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling financial transactions and documentation. 
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and ad hoc tasks.

Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $73,000 CAD

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
