Job Posting Description:

This is an on-site role #LI-Onsite

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Coordinator will play a critical role providing support to the Total Rewards team, including compensation, benefits and employee recognition. You will be a key part in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and a positive employee experience.

About the Role

  • Process invoices related to pension buy-backs and long-term disability employee contributions.
  • Update and maintain the monthly Total Rewards Dashboard.
  • Audit benefits data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with vendor records.
  • Assist with the implementation of benefit changes, including annual increases and changes arising from collective agreements and other union settlements.
  • Support year-end benefits reconciliation activities.
  • Complete benefits surveys and contribute to the benefits section of broader organizational surveys.
  • Triage and track AskHR / HR case escalations, responding to first-level benefits and total rewards inquiries.
  • Track and coordinate the policy, program, and knowledge article renewal process, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Research best practices in total rewards, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Support job evaluation and job documentation updates, as required.
  • Support the administration of annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and other pay adjustments.
  • Assist with compensation changes resulting from organizational changes, market adjustments, or collective agreements.
  • Prepare compensation-related reports, summaries, and dashboards.

About You

  • Post secondary education in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a client-centered or employee-facing role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with datasets (e.g., audits, reconciliations, reports).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a Total Rewards and broader HR team.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
