We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join our team in Toronto or Vancouver. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, the Total Rewards Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the design, execution, and management of QuadReal’s total rewards programs, encompassing compensation, benefits, and pension administration. This role offers a diverse scope, allowing you to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of total rewards while contributing to the organization’s success. Responsibilities

  • Support the design, analysis, and administration of base pay, short-term, and long-term incentive programs for QuadReal’s global workforce (UK, USA, HK).

  • Participate in market compensation and benefits surveys, track survey participation, and recommend process improvements.

  • Assist in planning and executing the annual budgeting, performance, and compensation cycle, including workforce planning, compensation reviews, and incentive awards.

  • Maintain the job architecture, position management guideline, compensation structure and frameworks.

  • Provide advice to business and HR partners on compensation analysis and recommendation.

  • Support people analytics initiatives by delivering quantitative and qualitative analyses related to total rewards.

  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies, analytics standards, and regulatory requirements through data preparation and audits.

  • Support the analysis and communication of employee benefits programs, pension plan and wellness initiatives.

  • Assist in analyzing market trends and program competitiveness to ensure QuadReal’s Total Rewards offerings remain attractive and cost-effective.

  • Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of Workday HRIS system, specifically in compensation, benefits, and pension modules.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in total rewards, including market survey, annual compensation review, compensation and benefits analysis and communication.

  • Undergraduate degree and/or relevant professional certification (such as CCP, CHRP, or CEBS).

  • 1-3 years of experience in compensation, benefits or people analytics.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting preferred.

  • High level of integrity in all business transactions.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000.

The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.

QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which includes a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a defined contribution pension plan and paid time off.
