Job Summary
As a TL React + Ruby (12419), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technical and design leadership across high impact projects that directly impact business goals
- Set strategic technical directions for your engineering team
- Partner with the designers and product managers to create an engaging and transparent customer experience
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
- Professional/ Advanced English skills.
- +5 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency with one or more programming languages (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, etc)
- Strong foundations in UI development and product security and or DevOps is helpful
- You are able to work fast and deliver fast, check your work and take pride in shipping quality
- You take the initiative to find new ways to solve problems. You help the team understand your point of view and advocate for great solutions
