Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
As an Application Developer III, you will solve the critical challenge of scaling our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) infrastructure by architecting seamless ticketing and provisioning systems. You will bridge the gap between complex data environments and front-end service needs, ensuring that every customer request is routed with precision and speed. By optimizing our internal domains and case management platforms, you will eliminate operational friction and empower our service representatives to deliver world-class support.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Architected ticketing applications and internal domains that ensure high-speed resolution, automated user provisioning, and optimized routing logic
  • High-performance data extraction workflows across relational and non-relational databases to support real-time operational visibility
  • Innovative case management enhancements that directly support CXO department OKRs for system reliability and response time reduction
  • Comprehensive technical documentation of ticketing flows, database schemas, and automation logic to facilitate team scalability
  • Modernized deployment pipelines that utilize automated build and test cycles to improve the stability of interface enhancements
  • AI-driven automation strategies, such as intelligent ticket classification or sentiment-based routing, to increase overall operational efficiency

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and JavaScript to design and maintain sophisticated automation scripts and application logic
  • Strategic expertise in API management, encompassing the design, versioning, and secure deployment of internal service interfaces
  • Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and AWS Athena to facilitate complex data interpretation and relational database management
  • AI Literacy and the ability to identify opportunities for AI application within internal workflows to drive innovation
  • Professional collaboration skills required to synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholders into actionable IT development plans
  • Critical experience in full-lifecycle application development, particularly within environments requiring independent project prioritization and high-stakes problem-solving

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum Experience: Significant professional experience in application development with a focus on case management or ticketing architectures
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Python and JavaScript
    • Microsoft SQL Server & AWS Athena
    • API Design and Development
    • Automated CI/CD Pipeline Maintenance

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
