Job Description

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in TIBCO Administration
  • Must have experience in EMS 7.0 BE 5.1, BWS 5.9, Active Space 2.1, TIBCO Hawk, SQL and PL/SQL, UNIX, LINUX, Windows, Bamboo, Ansible,GIT.
  • You will work in a team environment and will be responsible for day to day administration TIBCO Infrastructure. 
  • Strong Experience in Various TIBCO products, configuring, deploying, troubling shooting and monitoring. 
  • You should have Experience in managing Business Works, Business Events, Active Space, EMS and Policy Server and High availability and DR testing.
  • Good knowledge on UNIX, LINUX and Windows environments with TIBCO Installation & script deployments. 
  • You should have Ability to install and configure EMS, BW, BE with Load Balancing and Fault Tolerant methods. 
  • Must be able to manage a fully integrated and highly available application environment.
  • Good Knowledge of Flow Control, Fault Tolerance, Load Balancing, Routing. 
  • Good Knowledge of TIBCO Hawk rule base configuration Support and maintenance of database and application back-end infrastructure across entire company. 
  • Strong Experience in Monitoring tools like Introscope, GEMS, TIBCO Administrator. 
  • Good Knowledge on Dev-Ops tools like Bamboo, GIT, Anisble will be an added advantage. 
  • You should be responsible for meeting defined IT Service Level Agreements, security, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Experience in Problem management and Change Management
  • Experience in change management; perform database maintenance, apply updates and patches, tuning, resource trending, and administration. 
  • You should validate overall service availability, performance, integrity, redundancy, security, and business continuity. Conduct disaster recovery testing and backup and recovery testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 8+ yearsof relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
