This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Testing & Quality Assurance Analyst to support a large-scale digital healthcare transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare application testing, integration testing, authentication testing, and end-to-end quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases

  • Validate functional and non-functional requirements

  • Perform testing of healthcare information systems and associated business processes

  • Conduct data validation and workflow verification

  • Test OpenID Connect (OIDC) / Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations for desktop and mobile applications

  • Perform integration and interface testing across multiple systems

  • Collaborate with development, interface, and QA teams to coordinate testing activities

  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution

  • Support end-to-end and user acceptance testing activities



Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience

  • 6+ years of healthcare application testing experience

  • 4+ years of healthcare software and data validation testing

  • 3+ years of OpenID Connect (OIDC) / SSO testing experience

  • 3+ years of integration and interface testing experience

  • Strong understanding of test planning, defect management, and QA methodologies

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Mandatory Certifications:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner

  • Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) – Associate level or higher (IIST)
