Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst to support the testing, validation, and quality assurance activities for complex healthcare technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the successful implementation of clinical and healthcare information systems. This role requires extensive experience in healthcare application testing, integration testing, defect management, and workflow validation within acute care environments.
Requirements
- Prosci Organizational Change Management (OCM) Certification
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- 15+ years of Healthcare QA Analyst experience
- 2+ years of Alarm Integration Systems (Rauland/Philips) experience in acute healthcare settings
- 3+ years of Vocera Systems Testing experience
- 5+ years of Altera Sunrise Suite Testing experience
- 5+ years of HL7 Healthcare Integration Testing experience
- 5+ years of JIRA / Defect Tracking Tool experience
