Job Description

Must have Skills:
· Proven experience in End to End test automation using both UFT and Selenium
· Experience in developing automation framework using Selenium from scratch (must)
· Experience in Core Java and Java Scripting
· Experience in implementing enterprise test automation
· Expertise in test automation architecture, framework design & development and scripting
· Expertise in integrating test automation tools with test management tools (e.g. Selenium with HP ALM)
· Expertise in automation feasibility and ROI analysis
· Experience in defining test automation status reporting and metrics
· Hands on experience in database and SQL queries
· Good understanding of TEM and TDM
· Experience in automation tool selection
· Good understanding of SDLC (waterfall, agile and DevOps), STLC, test automation processes and quality metrics
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Industry Experience:
• 10+ Years of experience in test automation, least 4+ years as test automation architect, 4+ Years in Selenium, 2+ Years in UFT, 3+ Years in Core Java
• Insurance Business Knowledge
