Job Description:

The Salesforce Tester is responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce applications. This includes creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and QA methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans for Salesforce applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand features and functionalities.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
  • Automate test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
  • Conduct performance and stress testing to evaluate application stability.
  • Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide feedback from a testing perspective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce testing and QA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Certification in Salesforce or QA is a plus.
