Endo Networks is a marketing company specializing in connecting brands with customers through impactful interactions. We currently have an existing vacancy and are looking for Telecom Sales Representatives to represent our client, a leading telecommunications company, in retail stores.

Your role will involve engaging customers, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored solutions to enhance their experiences.

Start Date: Feb. 23, 2026

Salary: $22/hr + $4/hr bonus for a total of $26/hr

Responsibilities

  • Actively approach and engage with customers in-store, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Educate customers on services, including internet, television, and home phone services, and identify the best solutions for their needs.
  • Work towards individual and team sales goals, driving revenue and contributing to the success of retail operations.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with management and other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Greet customers in a timely manner and servicing their needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the general operation of the store is carried out in the most professional, organized, and profitable manner possible.
  • Opening and closing of the store as required.
  • Other duties as required.
