About the Role 

The Technology Solutions department is looking for a Technology Procurement Coordinator to support the Global IT and Technology Solutions teams keeping us organized by assisting with vendor management, purchasing, file management and invoice processing. 
 
The Global IT and Technology Solutions departments are made up of IT staff from various WildBrain offices across the globe. We cover everything from network administration to application support, and from website development to service desk support.  
 
The Technology Procurement Coordinator will assist with the management of subscription and contract start and end dates, source in stock computer equipment to meet the needs of staff as well as process and maintain records for purchases. 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary position to cover the maternity leave of the current Technology Procurement Coordinator.

Job Description

  • Maintain relationships with vendors and product renewal activities 
  • Track subscription and contract start and end dates  
  • Source in-stock computer equipment to meet the needs of staff  
  • Purchase hardware and software as needed 
  • Manage and track purchase orders and projected IT spend 
  • Process and track invoices, working with the WildBrain finance team 
  • Creating and maintaining well organized filing systems 
  • Maintain and move forward list of outstanding deliverables for IT purchasing tasks  
  • Keep vendors, finance team and relevant parties up to date on purchases and payments 
  • All other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Experience with technology budgets, software & support subscription models and vendor management   
  • Experience with purchasing for an enterprise IT Department 
  • Superior problem solving and risk management skills   
  • Good team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision    
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people   
  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of products (excel, outlook, word) 
  • Detail oriented with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment   
  • High competency level for computer literacy 
  • Keeps up to date on IT Procurement industry best practices and technology

Total Rewards 

At WildBrain, we strive for equitable and consistent pay practices within a robust total rewards framework. Compensation may vary within the same role based on experience, performance, specialized expertise, and overall impact.  

Compensation: $58,000 - $65,000 CAD. Base salary is part of a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:
