Job Description:

Engaging Opening

As a valued member of our Enterprise Protect technology team, you will help protect the bank and its customers by leading end-to-end technology solution design and implementation for the Oracle-based Customer Risk Rating (CRR) platform. You will build secure, scalable and resilient solutions that strengthen capabilities against money laundering and support ongoing bank regulatory compliance.

Department Overview

Purpose: Build enterprise-scale financial crime and risk management technology solutions leveraging Oracle Customer Risk Rating module that protect customers and support compliance.

People: Work closely with solution designers, architects, developers, analysts, data and delivery teams.

Presence: Deliver solutions that support enterprise-wide risk and compliance operations across multiple business lines and geographies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle Customer Risk Rating module supporting large, complex initiatives and produce detailed system design specifications and accountable for complex programming / coding.
  • Design scalable, resilient, and secure enhancements for the Oracle-based CRR platform.
  • Drive high-quality delivery aligned to enterprise standards, security controls, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to align solutions to business needs.
  • Promote innovation, reusable design patterns and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, systems design, or architecture
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA, JTMF, Confluence, ERWIN etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of Unix, shell scripting, SQL/PLSQL, scheduling tools viz. Autosys, Ctrl-M and well versed in DevOps CI/CD usage
  • Strong data analytics solution design thinking, system integration, API integration development to create solution options to support end-to-end analytical applications platforms
  • Collaborate with PMO team, testing teams, business stakeholders to understand business needs and experience producing detailed technical design for an analytical application working alongside application architects and business analysts
  • Exposure to Oracle FCCM / OFSAA or similar enterprise analytical modules
  • Experience working in Oracle customer risk rating data model (preferably Mantas), and has knowledge of risk scoring solution and ETL data flow pipelines
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • AI enablement to aid code automation, day-to-day mundane task automation driving overall operational efficiency
  • Experience in AML, KYC, regulatory compliance or Customer Risk Rating platforms
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle FCCM (Customer risk rating solution implementations) in a techno-functional role at various financial institutions
  • Relevant certifications: CAMS
  • Experience with cloud, hybrid platforms and high-volume data processing

Oracle FCCM / CRR, enterprise integrations and APIs, DevOps / CI-CD, secure development practices, cloud and hybrid data platforms.
