As a BisTrack Technology Consultant, you will serve as a trusted partner and technical leader on client-facing projects, overseeing the installation and successful deployment of Epicor applications. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients and project teams to manage implementations, upgrades, data conversions, and system recoveries. We are seeking applicants with strong troubleshooting skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit to ensure seamless delivery and customer success.
What you will be doing:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and environments
- Define and document technical requirements for implementations and upgrades
- Provide technical guidance and support to field engineers, technicians, and application support teams in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging software, network, and wireless systems
- Configure, document, and test software solutions to ensure successful deployment
- Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of product solutions and functionality
- Advocate for customers by owning and driving resolution of escalated issues in collaboration with project managers and functional leaders
What you will likely bring:
- Experience with Web Track/Cloud installations and upgrades, BisTrack add-on installations, credit card implementations, offline implementations, and BisTrack performance troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of server, hardware, and network technology, with solid troubleshooting methodology
- Data-driven mindset with a commitment to process and consistent engagement tracking
- Familiarity with Windows Server, general SQL Server knowledge, and/or SQL DBA experience; XML and FTP skills
- Previous experience with ERP systems or subscription-based sales models; BisTrack experience preferred
What could set up apart:
- 5+ years of applicable consulting experience with demonstrated success and knowledge; 2+ years of consulting experience preferred
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Range:
Minimum: $82,000 USD Maximum: $131,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
