The Technology Intermediate Business Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business client needs, document requirements, define and analyze enhancements and derive test cases
- Exposure to Corporate Lending with sound knowledge of loan transactions and processing, including P/L events and fees. Any lending application experience - Loan IQ/AFS will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of testing and ability to troubleshoot / follow a methodical approach to problem resolution
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
- Should be able to perform well as a team player in a multilayer team
- Should have prior experience in test data preparation, test case execution and reporting
- Experience in testing integration aspects between various lending applications
- Should be able to analyze the customer’s ecosystem, understand the landscape, map business processes to the product
- Associate should able to help team in understanding requirements, should able to resolve queries and doubts related to Commercial lending banking concepts
- Analyst will be involved in thorough test planning and coordination of testing activities front-to-back in cooperation with other involved areas and work with QA and Business Owners to develop QA/UAT test plans/cases
- Manage deliverables and timelines for all initiatives under the responsibility of their team
- Should have good communication skills and problem solving capability Root cause and problem resolution follow-up.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems analysis
- Knowledge of business analysis procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas
- Proven analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects in the stream simultaneously
- Consistently approach work methodically with attention to detail
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
