Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will help manage the adoption and effective use of new and existing technologies across Moneris. The position requires a proactive individual with experience and strong understanding of various learning, development, and learning tools to help in helping others embrace End-User technologies and services.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, End User Services

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Develop a Change Champion Network to drive the importance and influence colleagues and leaders within the organization to transition to new ways of working and embrace End-User technologies.
  • Collaborate with the Director of End-User services to develop a Tech Savviness strategy that encourages continuous learning and promotes digital fluency among the End-User community.
  • Drive adoption activities based on areas of opportunity – quick start videos, scheduled events for specific topics and to showcase functionality, additional partnering with Learning & Development, Marketing & Communications, etc.
  • Participate in medium to large projects with business and technology teams to assist in the delivery of an adoption strategy for new features and functionality while considering end user experience requirements
  • Develop and deliver monthly metrics to measure success of technology adoption and monitor usage trend progress
  • Maintains good working knowledge of business applications, current infrastructure, and future trends

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 4+ years related experience in an end user enablement, or support role with an emphasis on technology adoption
  • High proficiency with Microsoft 365 services including Teams features and functionality, Teams Voice, SharePoint Online, Meeting Room technology, OneDrive, Yammer, along with Windows, and mobile device features
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to deliver presentations and virtual sessions related to end user technologies at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to collaborate, deliver results cross functionally, inspire others, and demonstrates passion
