Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will help ensure Moneris' technology investments translate into real, measurable improvements in how employees work.

You will sit at the intersection of technology, people, and change. You will independently own adoption and enablement initiatives that help employees embrace modern workplace tools — with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Viva Engage, and emerging technologies.

This is a high‑ownership, high‑visibility role that requires initiative, creativity, and strong communication. You will work independently while maintaining close alignment with End-user Services leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Why This Role Matters

Technology investments only deliver value when employees know how to use them effectively. This role focuses on improving adoption, boosting engagement through platforms like Viva Engage, and reducing friction in day‑to‑day work, helping ensure technology improves productivity and the overall employee experience.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Senior Manager, End-user Services.

Posting Type: Replacement

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $79,000 - $102,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Own and execute end‑to‑end technology adoption initiatives that improve employee understanding, engagement, and sustained usage of workplace technologies

  • Design, build, and evolve a Change Champion Network to influence adoption and promote new ways of working

  • Lead hands‑on enablement initiatives such as the Tech Café, creating approachable, engaging learning experiences

  • Develop, manage, and evolve internal “social” communication channels (e.g., Viva Engage) to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of end‑user technologies

  • Create and maintain a consistent cadence of Viva Engage posts and internal communications content aligned to adoption priorities

  • Develop and deliver engaging adoption materials, including training sessions, demos, quick‑start videos, and written communications.

  • Partner with End-user Services leadership to shape and deliver a digital fluency and tech savviness strategy

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Learning & Development, and Communications to ensure adoption messaging is aligned

  • Support the use of Copilot and AI‑enabled tools, helping employees understand practical and responsible use cases

  • Define, track, and communicate adoption success through meaningful metrics, usage trends, and qualitative feedback

  • Maintain working knowledge of business applications, collaboration platforms, and emerging workplace technology trends

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

  • 4+ years of experience in technology adoption, end‑user enablement, digital workplace, or a related role

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva Engage, and meeting room technologies

  • Demonstrated comfort using and teaching AI tools, including Copilot or similar technologies

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating engaging internal communications or “social” style content

  • A creative mindset with the ability to design engaging, user‑focused training and communications

  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and keep stakeholders informed

  • A collaborative, outcome‑driven approach with a strong personal quality bar
