Job Title: Content Writer - Sales Enablement

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll equip our sales team with the content, training, and tools they need to effectively engage buyers and drive revenue. Your focus will be on creating and refining high-impact sales enablement materials while ensuring they are aligned with both the buyer journey and sales process.
Content Development
- Develop and optimize sales enablement content, including Industry Selling Guides, Solution Briefs, Use Cases, and Battlecards to support buyer engagement.
- Create and enhance Sales Plays and Sales Playbooks that drive repeatable success and align with revenue objectives.
- Design and deliver Sales Training materials that help sellers confidently articulate the value of SOTI solutions.
Execution & Strategy
To maximize the impact of sales enablement content, you will:
- Apply the SOTI Sales Methodology to ensure all content is relevant, actionable, and aligned with the sales process.
- Gain expertise in SOTI solutions, with a focus on business value, to create content that resonates with both sellers and buyers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product Management to gather insights, maintain content accuracy, and ensure brand consistency.
- Assess content effectiveness through surveys, interviews, and industry best practices to identify and address gaps in sales enablement.
- Leverage AI-driven strategies to enhance content creation, personalization, and distribution for maximum engagement.
Experience You’ll Bring

5+ years as a Sales Enablement Specialist in the B2B space.

Strong understanding of buyer journey concepts.

Experience with Sales Methodologies (e.g., Gap Selling, MEDDPICC).

Experience applying multimedia to Sales Enablement content.

Familiarity with Sales Enablement platforms and best practices for optimization.

Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
