You communicate effectively with stakeholders, possess a strong interest in technology, excel in problem-solving, adapt well to changing expectations, and are well-organized in managing multiple projects. You display a drive to continually expand your technical knowledge. Most importantly, you are open to learning new technologies as the company's needs evolve.

• Technical Documentation (Internal)

  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, training, and sales teams to write and update detailed technical documentation on both existing and new platform features.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation that is accessible for internal stakeholders, including client engagement and training teams.
  • Create and maintain a repository of knowledge for platform features, ensuring that internal teams are equipped with up-to-date resources.

• Customer Documentation (External)

  • Create release notes for new platform features, ensuring that internal teams and external stakeholders are informed.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to accurately capture and document changes for each release cycle.
  • Ensure customer-facing documents are clear, consistent, and easy to reference for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
