We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Technical Writer in Richmond Hill, ON (onsite).
Contract Duration- 4 months.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, policies, manuals, and technical reports.
- Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear, accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Production, Cultivation, and other technical teams.
- Manage document control, revisions, reviews, and approvals.
- Support GMP/GDP, QMS, audit, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Review and update documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, quality, or regulatory affairs.
- Experience in the cannabis, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, or other regulated industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SOP development and document-control practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, research, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of cannabis regulations and GMP/GDP requirements is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document-management systems.
Note: Salary ranges from $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
