We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with strong technical capabilities, exceptional customer service, and proven experience supporting executive-level users. The team ensures optimal functionality of hardware, applications, and collaboration tools, driving productivity and enabling business success.

The Technical Support Engineer will play an integral role in delivering and maintaining enterprise IT solutions that support business operation and drive organizational efficiency. This position is responsible for the support and engineering of core technologies including, but not limited to, Windows 11, Office 365, and Intune as well as providing basic network support. This role offers structured professional development through hands-on experience and online learning opportunities, and technical boot camps.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Support a work environment consisting of 60% end-user support, 15% project-based work, 15% architecture and engineering, and 10% training and development
  • Provide extensive support with the Dell (including Dell tech direct), Lenovo, and Mac hardware along with Windows applications (including Windows 11), iOS, Android, Office 365 products, and conference rooms
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident and request management, ensuring accurate documentation and contributing to both internal and customer-facing knowledge base articles
  • Gather and analyze system data to support decision-making and recommend appropriate technical solutions
  • Test software compatibility and system integration to ensure seamless deployment of new programs and updates
  • Collaborate with external vendors to resolve complex technical issues that fall outside the immediate scope of internal support
  • Deliver technical support during companywide meetings, events and conferences to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage, secure, and deploy applications and policies to Mac and printing devices using Jamf and PrinterLogic while simultaneously being responsible for the architecture and engineering of these platforms
  • Monitor and evaluate ServiceNow data to identify recurring issues and recommend preventative strategies
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the technology environment
Your Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Proficiency in managing iOS and Android devices using Intune required
  • Experience with printer management and troubleshooting required
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure, Office 365, and Windows strongly preferred
  • Experience with Jamf for Apple device management is a plus
  • Strong understanding of IT principles and best practices within an ITIL framework
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, active listening, and effective questioning and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collaborative with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to positively representing the IT department to business users
