Job overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Technical Specialist to join our aftersales support team located in Mississauga (ON). In this role, you will provide essential technical support for Riello products either at our customers location, or via phone technical support from Riello’s office. You will handle a variety of tasks, from troubleshooting burner and boiler systems to parts identification, always ensuring high-quality service. Additional duties include creation of technical documentation, assisting technical training in factory, as well as some laboratory projects.

Basic Qualification

  • High School / GED
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications (assets)

  • 1+ year experience in refrigeration.
  • 1+ year hands on experience with burners and boilers
  • 1+ year experience with Riello products
  • 2+ years of field experience as a gas/refrigeration technician
  • G2 certified.
  • Technical support
  • Mechanical background an asset
  • Able to read electrical drawings.
