About the team + role

Technical Recruiting is seeking a Sourcer to join the Tech Recruiting team at Robinhood. This role is essential in supporting our efforts to hire top Infrastructure Engineering talent. As a Sourcer, you will collaborate with leaders across various teams to identify and engage world-class candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both the candidates and hiring teams. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the broader Technical Recruiting organization as needed.\

What you’ll do
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert for the teams you support and be able to articulate the organizational impact of open positions 
  • Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines by leveraging multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent pools, events, referrals, and outbound tools)
  • Conduct targeted outreach and manage candidate engagement through early-stage funnel steps, ensuring timely follow-ups and a strong candidate experience
  • Share talent market insights (e.g., competitor mapping, location-specific supply, role trends) to influence sourcing strategy and prioritization
  • Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends while maintaining strong data integrity
What you bring
  • 3+ years of sourcing experience (or equivalent experience in recruiting) with a focus on technical or engineering roles
  • Experience sourcing for Infrastructure Engineering roles (preferred) or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in a new technical domain
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates (beyond inbound applicants) using structured search and outreach strategies
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering across levels, with a clear, thoughtful communication style
  • Commitment to delivering an inclusive, candidate-first experience throughout the sourcing process
  • Outstanding written and verbal and communication skills across all levels 
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (ideally including Greenhouse, Gem, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Recruiter)

$76,500$90,000 CAD
