Represents Coach on the retail sales floor, delivering personalized luxury shopping experiences, building client relationships, meeting sales goals, and driving repeat business. Responsibilities include styling, cross-selling, clienteling, POS transactions, social selling, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash wrap, online pickups, and stockroom organization. The associate supports store operations, maintains brand standards, collaborates with teammates, and works flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Supports store sales and customer service by operating POS, handling cash, assisting clients, replenishing merchandise, processing shipments, maintaining stockroom organization, and executing visual merchandising updates. The role also supports sales floor activities, gift card and add-on sales, customer information capture, social media engagement, housekeeping, and loss prevention compliance. Requires flexible scheduling, retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift and maneuver merchandise.

Manage enterprise customers after implementation by creating joint success plans, conducting executive business reviews and operational workshops, recommending workflow improvements, and helping customers maximize Samsara’s IoT platform. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product; mentor Customer Success and Support teams; resolve issues; and drive safety, efficiency, and sustainability outcomes. The role is remote in Canada and requires 25–40% customer travel.
