We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter (full cycle) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full cycle recruiting, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent at a high growth startup.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
- Work with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for open positions
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates
- Collaborate with various stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a full cycle technical recruiter within the tech industry
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess candidates' technical skills effectively
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
The cash compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
