We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Delivery Team—someone who can lead cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-impact work within the financial services space.

What does success look like in this role?
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across the financial services domain
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality solutions
Establish and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks
Drive effective communication across stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies
Foster strong team alignment and accountability through agile and hybrid delivery practices
Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and ways of working
Contribute to a culture of transparency, ownership, and high performance within the Delivery Guild
Great, but do my skills fit?
Experience delivering technical projects in financial services environments (e.g., banking, payments, fintech, or other regulated domains)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern delivery practices (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across teams
Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating evolving requirements
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomes
Nice to Have Skills
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven delivery environments
Exposure to cloud platforms, data platforms, or digital product delivery
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related credentials

This is a future opportunity for a permanent position. The expected salary range for this role is $120,000–$150,000 CAD, with total compensation potentially including additional pay such as bonuses or incentives.
